Allan Nicholson: Technical Director
Founder member of Diamould.  Former Technical Director of another connector company throughout the 1990’s and recognized world-wide as a leading authority on the design & manufacture of connectors for use in hostile & demanding environments; responsible for all design & development concepts & related innovation at Diamould.

Adam Kendall (B Eng (Hons)): Product Line Manager – Power & Hydraulics
Formerly UK and Europe Sales & Marketing Manager for another connector company.  Joined Diamould in January 2002 and is spearheading the company’s sales of its range of newly-developed connector products.

Dave Bissett: Senior Design Engineer for Power Systems
8 years experience of subsea power connector design & development prior to joining Diamould in 2003.  Is the Lead Design Engineer at Diamould and worked on the Petrobras Jubarte deep-water project (8kV x 200A, 3-phase, 1500HP ESP system).  Prior to joining Diamould, was the Lead Engineer at another connector company responsible for SPEED 2B (36kV x 1500A), Mobil Topacio (14kV dry-mate & 1kV x 1000A wet-mate), Petrobras RJS-477 deep-water ESP system and Norsk Hydro Visund project (8kV x 200A).

Daryl Love (BEng(Hons), MSc): Materials R&D / Laboratory Manager
Over 12 years experience of polymeric materials and their use in demanding applications for the oil and gas industry. Head of Materials Laboratory at Diamould.

Gareth Eccles: Technical Moulding
Founder member of Diamould. Over twenty five years spent working with polymers with an equal mix of laboratory and production based positions. Wide experience of moulding techniques and processes. Twelve years spent in the oil and gas industry. Proud to have been involved with several other Diamould team members in a number of successful connector world first’s for the oil and gas industry.
