Seapower 01 Wet-Mate Connector
Originally developed for providing power downhole to wireline retrievable electric submersible pumps (ESPs), Seapower is a wet-mateable electrical connector that delivers high levels of performance and reliability. The key to achieving this operational integrity was to combine tried and tested principles (Diamould’s patented technologies) with advances in materials science. Diamould is now perfectly placed to supply derivatives of Seapower for use in other medium and high-power applications, including subsea pumps (for pipeline boosting and water injection), oil & gas separators, subsurface dewatering and pipeline heating systems. Seapower 02 Wet-Mate Connector
A range of 3 Phase power connectors designed to provide a highly reliable subsea connection system to high horsepower motors/pumps (1.5-2.0MW). Seapower 02 is available in ROV & wellhead penetration configurations. For wellhead applications the tubing hanger (TH) receptacle is configured with EB welded contacts to form a gas barrier at the TH. For ESP applications the ESP cable (round or flat profile up to 2/0 AWG) terminates to a dry-mate connector at the rear of the TH wet-mate receptacle. Technical Data

Seapower 02 Umbilical X-Over
Developed to complement the Seapower 02 connector, the X-Over is also for 3 Phase operation and is based around proven HV cable termination design with stress control and dual barrier protection. The electrical performance of the X-Over was optimised during the design phase using FEA software and the product will function continuously under earth fault conditions (when the connector phases could see an increased voltage potential of full line potential (U) to earth).
